The Republic Day celebration was observed with great pride and patriotic fervour at Bunts’ Sangha R.N.S. Vidyaniketan and Composite PU College, Bengaluru, on Monday, 26 January 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Students, staff, and management gathered to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India, and the campus echoed with the spirit of nationalism.
The programme began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the rendering of the *Dhwaj Geet* and a disciplined march past. The students displayed remarkable precision and enthusiasm, adding dignity to the occasion.
The formal function commenced with a welcome address, followed by Sri Vijay J Shetty Haladi the Convenor who addressed on the significance of Republic Day. Sri Ashok Kumar Shetty, Treasurer addressed the gathering. The presidential address was delivered by CA Ashok Shetty M, Chairman and President of Bunts’ Sangha, Bengaluru, who spoke about national integrity and constitutional values. The Principal, Smt. Usha Santosh, also addressed the gathering and encouraged the students.
The celebration concluded with cultural programmes showcasing India’s rich heritage and unity. The event ended on a note of pride and renewed commitment to the nation and its democratic ideals.
