Kannada Rajyotsava, also known as Karnataka Formation Day or Karnataka Day is celebrated on 1st of November every year.
Bunts’ Sangha RNS Vidyaniketan celebrated this day of culture on November 9th in a very meaningful and a grandiose manner. Hon. Secretary and convenor of Bunts’ Sangha Bengaluru, Sri. Vijay J Shetty Halady, Treasurer of of Bunts’ Sangha Bengaluru Sri. Ashok kumar Shetty H, and the committee members graced the occasion. The Chief guest for the day was Sri Hiten Hasan Music Director and Kannada movie actor presided over the function. He spoke about the significance of the celebration and emphasized on inculcating Kannada language in all the walks of life.
Madam Principal Smt. Usha Santhosh welcomed the august gathering. Sri. Vijay J Shetty Halady expressed the urge to uplift our culture and thus make our students love and respect our language.
The celebration was concluded with the National Anthem.
